A new section of apartments could be part of Stratford where a former long term care home sits.
Stratford Council heard from developer Baker Planning Group who are looking to turn the old PeopleCare long term care home at 198 Mornington Street into apartments in the city.
The building has been vacant for the few years with the developer looking for amendments to be made for affordable units which would include eight one bed and nine two bed apartments in the building.
A report will be brought back to council on feedback and solutions.
