The old Perth County archives building in Stratford will have new life.
During a council meeting on Monday, Stratford voted in support of a zoning change at the buildings property on 24 St Andrew Street to allow for a small performing arts studio to be set up.
The planned theatre will have 80 seats and parking to be available in the Perth County courthouse lot.
Details on the new theatre are still limited with more updates expected in the near future.
