Last week the OPP were involved in a search for 2 people near Zurich who police say stole a car and then fled.
The officers tried to pull them over, but they parked the vehicle and fled.
Officers from several detachments were brought in for the search and eventually they were apprehended.
A 35 year old man from Lucknow is facing charges including possession of property obtained by Crime, flight from peace officer and resist peace officer.
A 40 year old woman from Central Huron was also charged with several offences including obstructing police and possession of property obtained by Crime.
Both were released with future court dates.
