An officer has been assaulted following an incident in Arthur.
On January 23rd at around 8:30pm, Wellington County OPP responded to the incident in town where a suspect became aggressive with officers who responded.
As a result a 34 year old of Arthur was charged with Assaulting an Officer and Failure to Comply with a Probation Order.
The accused will appear in court next month.
