A 37 year old is facing charges after assaulting an officer in Arthur.
On April 8th at around 3:45pm police responded to an incident at an address in Arthur.
As a result a 37 year old has been charged with Failure to Comply with a Release Order, Mischief and Being Intoxicated in Public.
While in custody, the accused became aggressive and further charged with Assaulting an Officer and Uttering Threats.
The accused was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
