The Ontario Federation of Agriculture is set to hold a Webinar on January 12th entitled “Bill 23 Passed: What’s Next?”.
In the online event from noon until 1:30 pm they will provide a background on agricultural land use planning and farmland loss in Ontario, the challenges, opportunities and impacts of the Bill and how individuals and county federations can engage in the land use planning process.
Ontario currently loses 319 acres of farmland a day.
