It usually offers three undergraduate students bursaries of $2,000 each, but will be adding two additional $2,000 bursaries, one for a person completing an apprenticeship and another for a person completing a post-graduate or leadership development program.
The bursary recipients will be selected from applicants who are OFA members, a child or employee of a member and who are a resident of Ontario.
Applicants, the OFA says, should demonstrate volunteer and industry-related accomplishments and have an interest in agriculutre and rural issues and community involvement.
