A busy morning for the South Huron Fire Department on Monday who responded to a blaze at a residence on Victoria Street West in Exeter.
Crews arrived to the scene at around 8am with three residents inside the home who were all able to escape with one being taken to hospital as a precaution for smoke inhalation.
The cause of the fire while still under investigation is believed to be caused by an electrical or appliance fire.
