The playground at North Woods Elementary School in Ethel is being removed and its time for a replacement for the students.
North Woods Elementary has kicked off a fundraiser, setting a goal for $200,000 to help build a new playground for the school.
Aleisha Ribey says they’ve already set their sights on what they’re looking for so there is something for every student.
“We’re looking at getting two sets of play structures, one for the juniors and one for the intermediates. We’ve look at a few different options it has to meet the top highest standards being a school and safety is our top priority.” said Ribey.
Fundraising has only just started with those wanting to support being able to drop off any donations to the school.
