On December 18th the Wellington County OPP received a report of a sexual assault that occurred on December 17th at an address in the Township of Wellington North.
On December 21st a 65 year old male of North Perth was charged with sexual assault contrary to the criminal code.
The accused is scheduled to appear in a Guelph Court on January 26th to answer to the charge.
