On April 17th just after 12pm, Perth County OPP responded to a call of a public gathering on Wallace Avenue North in North Perth.
Investigation showed those who were gathering were violating the stay-at-home order under the Emergency Management and Civil Protection Act.
As a result a 42 year old North Perth resident has been charged with failure to comply with a continued section order under the Reopening Ontario Act.
OPP are requesting the public to continue to comply with the government shutdown and stay-at-home order.
