Perth County OPP have charged an individual after receiving reports of historical domestic assaults.
On January 11th, police began an investigation and learned of domestic incidents occurring in North Perth where it was determined one person had assaulted another on one occasion in October 2022.
The victim did not sustain any serious injuries.
As a result a 31 year old from North Perth was charged with Assault Causing Bodily Harm, Utter Threats, Sexual Assault and Domestic Mischief.
The accused was held for bail.
