On February 13th Perth County OPP began an investigation into a domestic related assault at a residence on Queen Street East in North Perth which occurred a few days before.
The victim was not injured during the assault.
As a result of investigation a 26 year old North Perth resident has been charged with Assault Causing Bodily Harm and Failure to Comply with a Probation Order.
The accused has been released from custody and will appear in Stratford court at a later date.
