Perth County OPP have charged a 20 year old North Perth resident following an alleged assault of an 11 year old in Listowel earlier this month.
OPP were called to a home on McLaren Avenue North after a reported disturbance at the home just after 7pm on April 9th. Police say an 11 year old had allegedly been assaulted but did not suffer any injuries nobody else was assaulted.
Police arrested the man and later was released from custody. The accused will appear in Stratford court at a later date.
