The North Perth Public Library is celebrating Ontario Public Library Week by waiving fine and fees.
Residents are welcome to drop by any branch and have all fines and fees waived from accounts and have a chance to win an iPad, hand crafted mugs and other treats.
Library CEO, Ellen Whelan says they know the library can be intimidating for some but they work every day to make the community feel welcome be able to access their fun collections.
This is a first for the library and will be offered until November 10th.
