The Boards of North Perth and North Huron Family Health Teams have unanimously agreed to proceed with amalgamating the two teams.
This is the final step in an evolution for the 2 teams that have already been working together for 10 years.
The main benefit to patients will be the ability to a doctor in the area in which they live.
South Bruce is also an area where the team s will service communities such as Lucknow and Teeswater.
The combined team hopes to start the new organization April 1st, 2021.
