The North Perth Public Library is asking the community to take part in a survey.
The survey is strictly confidential, and it is intended to help the Library in understanding its communities better.
The short survey consists of only 10 questions, and it asks a variety of questions such as input of the community, which library services you use, or whether or not you have a library card, among other questions.
If you have any questions, you can ask a library staff member, or if you want to fill out a paper copy of the survey instead of an online copy, visit the library. To access the online survey, go to yoursaynorthperth.ca.
