The North Perth Community Hospice is planning out their coming Spring into Fall social next month.
Due to the pandemic, the hospice has been limited with their events who have had to cancel their past 3 socials.
The event, planned on October 20th will feature a light lunch, silent auction other prizes to be won.
Executive Director with the Hospice, Cathy Corcoran says the support given to the Hospice has been invaluable to keep them running strong.
“In a time where healthcare is considered broken, residential hospice and palliative care is not. We are a service which is well running and well funded by our community resources.” said Corcoran.
Support continues to grow for the Hospice as well, receiving a $3000 grant from the Perth-Stratford Community Foundation towards their Books and Bears for kids program.
