This year has definitely been a challenging one for businesses in North Perth and Wellington County.

There has been an ever changing landscape for businesses in our areas to navigate to survive and thrive.

The North Perth Chamber has definitely been an organization helping business owners stay on top of things.

General Manager at the Chamber Sharon D’Arcy says that helping business focus on their digital existence, workshops and the shop local initiative made a huge difference this year.

The ability for them to offer rapid tests for businesses to keep their staff and customers safe were also things she is proud of.

Listowel BIA Coordinator Lisa Schaefer says that if there is one thing that 2021 has taught us is that there is no such thing as business as usual.

Every business spent the last year adapting to change but she says resilience and community Pride was everywhere.
