A new apartment building plan in North Huron will head to the county level.
The apartment proposal is set for a three storey building instead of the originally planned five.
The building is set to be built on the former grounds of the Wingham modular home park.
Residents had expressed their concerns about the project and the impacts it could have on the neighbourhood which saw council and its residents be divided on the subject.
A vote earlier this month to change the height was shot down 3-2 in council but developers said they would still look into changing the design of the building.
