The Huron-Perth Healthcare Alliance says Nora came into the world at 4:04am on January 1st weighing in at 9 pounds, 6 ounces at the Stratford General Hospital.
Father Owen Ainger and mother Tyla Richards are both excited to welcome a baby girl into the world.
