The Special Investigations Unit has wrapped up its investigation into the arrest of a Fergus man back in April.
The SIU report says they have found no reasonable grounds to believe an OPP officer committed any crime in connection to the arrest.
The man in question was arrested for public intoxication and was forced to the ground during his arrest.
The man was taken to hospital and diagnosed with a fractured left knee.
The SIU report adds the evidence falls short of establishing the force used was excessive.
