This past Saturday, Andrea Charest took a break from moving It Takes a Village to its newest location to host her No Fixed Address tour to shine light on local homelessness.

The day featured multiple stops across Listowel where one may not have known of where some homeless have spent nights such as under the bridge by Spinrite and trying to live inside a storage container.

Included with various stops including those sharing their stories in regards to having to maintain their lives battling various issues such as raising a family while being unable to work due to health issues, waiting lists as long as a few years to even hear back regarding low income housing, waiting lists for addiction services and more.

It Takes a Village now continues with their move to continue their work and help those in need within the community.
