The next intake for Ontario’s Rural Economic Development program has opened up.
The RED program helps support economic growth and opportunities across rural Ontario with the intake staying open until February 21st.
RED provides cost sharing funding to support activities which boost rural communities and opens doors for rural economic development and grow local economies.
Funding is available from two streams, the Economic Diversification and Competitiveness with up to 50 per cent of eligible projects cost to a maximum of $150,000 and the Strategic Economic Infrastructure Stream with up to 30 per cent of eligible projects to a maximum of $250,000.
