West Perth staff are ready to move into their newest municipal office which will start at the first week of August which is also expected to be open to the public by August 15th.
Progress was updated by CAO Jeff Brick who says the building does still need some extra construction and given the time taken for the move, Brick says regular council meetings at the new facility will likely be held of September 6th.
Brick adds a grand opening could be done sometime in late October or early November.
The project was placed at a budget of $3.54 million.
Council approved the tender for the municipal office on July 19th last year.
