Transit riders in Stratford will soon be traveling in style.
Stratford Transit is set to roll out a new app that will help deliver state of the art information to users of the system.
The system has been designed by Consat, a tech firm and is the first of it’s kind in Canada.
It will provide riders with everything from route information and upcoming stops to construction and hours of operation.
The system can also feature information from city police and other organizations.
Eventually they will be able to offset the new service by selling advertising.
The roll out is expected in a few weeks.
