A new subdivision is being proposed in Atwood. Some residents were notified from the county of an application from Patterson Planning Consultants at Part Lots 16 and 17 at 306 Woodview Drive to have the area re-designated to a residential area and plan the future for the new subdivision.
A public meeting is being planned for comments to be made with residents being notified of when this meeting will take place.
Comments currently can be made towards the county planning department.
