A new long term care facility is becoming more of a reality in Stratford.
Council will be addressing the topic at a special meeting alter today regarding the sale of the property on Vivian Line 37.
In 2022 the province announced approval for the 160 bed long term care facility in Stratford.
Of those beds, 100 would be new while 60 replacing from the former property on Mornington Street which closed several years ago.
The developer is working on timelines with the Ministry of Long Term to get funding approved come November.
