Lucknow’s Music in the Fields announced that as part of the Annual Music Festival that if finally returning to an in-person event they are opening the gates to an Emerging Artist Showdown.
The competition is a time when artists are welcome to submit videos from across Ontario of them performing their music.
The Music in the Fields Committee will then carefully review the applications and release the finalists for public voting.
The fan favourite and runner-up is decided based on these votes, and will be added to the official lineup for the 2022 event as the side-stage opener for their Saturday night headliners.
