London, Ontario police are reporting 4 fatalities and 1 child in hospital after several pedestrians were struck by a vehicle Sunday night.
London police say the incident occurred at 8:40pm at the intersection of Hyde Park and South Carriage road. One pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene with many more rushed to hospital who later passed away.
No details on the victims have been released, police only sharing the driver has been arrested. Police say they are not looking for any other suspects.
More details are expected to be released today.
