The Multicultural Association of Perth-Huron and Indigenous communities are working to organize a candle-lit memorial this Friday night at 8.
The memorial is to honour and remember the children of Kamloops and residential school survivors. 215 remains were found at a residential school in Kamloops last week.
Due to gathering restrictions, the memorial will be live streamed from the Multicultural Association of Perth-Hurons Facebook page.
Donations of a candle can be done and will be placed during the memorial
