It was a busy and successful weekend for the Monkton Food Drive.
The drive, held at the Elma-Logan Arena was in partnership alongside the Monkton Lions Club who also held a free skating day at the arena as well as with the Redeemer Lutheran Church from 1-5pm.
In total $100 in cash donations was given and a fully loaded van with non perishable goods.
Proceeds and donated goods from the food drive will go directly to support the Listowel Salvation Army Food Bank.
