Mitchell Hawks announce trade for Listowel-native Goaltender Josh Jacklin

The 19-year-old played in over 1,000 minutes last season and held a .904 save percentage in the regular season.

 

The Mitchell Hawks announced this afternoon a key signing ahead of the upcoming PJHL season.

The team says they have made a trade with the Kincardine Bulldogs to acquire 19-year-old Listowel-native goaltender Josh Jacklin.

He played in 17 games last season for just over 1000 minutes resulting in a 6, 8 and 1 record with a .904 save percentage.

In the playoffs he played in 6 games with a 2 and 3 record and 1 overtime loss.

His save percentage was .930.

The Hawks say they can’t wait to see Josh in some Hawks gear and welcomed him to the nest.
