The Mitchell Agricultural Society is in need of volunteer support in order to the keep the dream of the fall fair alive.
One of the largest community events in West Perth for over 165 years is in jeopardy due to a lack of manpower on the fair which is volunteer run with around 100 people in total needed to not overwork other volunteers for things such to setting up, working admission or bar tending are those in need.
Non members are welcome to volunteer as well as offering high school students the chance to earn their required volunteer hours to graduate.
The 168th fall fair is set for September 2-4th.
