A Mitchell Driver is facing impaired driving charges after a collision last week in West Perth.
Perth County OPP responded around 6pm last Thursday to a report of a car crossing the westbound lane on line 42 and entering the eastbound lane.
The car then struck the rear of a tractor that was travelling in the lane.
A roadside alcohol screening test was conducted and resulted in a fail.
A 28 year old male resident of Mitchell was subsequently charged with operating a motor vehicle while impaired (80 plus or double the legal limit).
