Today is the first day of the Minto Youth Action Council Halloween Costume Swap at the Grove in Palmerston.
From now until October 21st youth can drop by during the drop-in hours of 10 am to 6 pm to Thursday and 10 am to 4pm on Friday and swap a costume you are no longer using with a new to you one.
The Grove Palmerston is located at 390 Main Street East.
