The Minto Youth Action Council announced the return of its annual Halloween Costume Swap aimed at giving youth access to free costumes this Halloween season.
From October 18th to 21st youth ages 12 to 26 will be able to visit the Grove in Palmerston during drop-in hours to swap an old costume for a new to them one.
Donations are currently being accepted for costumes to fit those ages.
If you have one you no longer need you can drop it off to the Grove Palmerston during regular drop-in hours or Tuesday & Thursday between 7 and 9 pm at the Harriston Town Hall Theatre.
