Wellington County is looking for a resident in Minto join the county’s Joint Accessibility Advisory Committee.
The county is looking for a local who could be living with a disability, a caregiver or is actively involved with disability related organizations.
The committee meets four times a year typically in Aboyne or any other agreed upon spot with any mileage and per diem being covered.
The group helps advise municipal councils and the county on identification, removal or prevention of barriers to people with disabilities including preparation, review and evolution accessibility plans.
