Minto Mental Health, a community driven initiative to bring awareness, learning and support services surrounding mental health to residents of the Town of Minto offered some ways to cope with loneliness.

The Pandemic, along with the change of season has put pressure on those facing the issue and they wanted to offer ways to deal with it.

They say things like joining a class or club, volunteering, talking to new people, keeping busy and talking to a therapist are good techniques to cope.
