Keeping with Halloween, the town of Minto groups, Harriston Rising, All Aboard Palmerston and Clifford Connects join together for a Halloween at Home Contest.
Kids under 15 years old can enter with photos of their costumes using #MintoHomeOWeen. Photos can be posted to Facebook and Instagram to qualify.
The winner will receive a special treat on November 1st
