The Minto Farmers Market is set to return next month back again at the Palmerston Railway Heritage Museum.
The market as usual will feature a wide variety of local farmers, bakers, crafts with the usual suspects like Harwill Farms and Northwind Bison but also welcome new businesses such as Dulce Heaven Cookies & Scopes.
Bi-weekly breakfasts at the market will also debut this year starting June 14th with Mays Cafe at the Old Post.
Erin Raftis, Marketing & Community Development Coordinator with the Town of Minto says given their location at the Heritage Museum, it offers a unique spot for a farmers market.
“So its open every Saturday with the market, you can walk the pedestrian bridge and check out the museum all while you’re shopping local with our vendors.” said Raftis.
The Minto Farmer’s Market officially kicks off the season on June 7th running from 9am-12pm.
