The Town of Minto has agreed to sell a parcel of land in Palmerston to a numbered Ontario company.
The sale of land at 122A King Street to 1424149 Ontario Limited for $110,000 at its last council meeting.
One of the biggest concerns on the sale is hydro lines which run through it and power the nearby King Hotel. Council discussed this saying with chats with the purchaser, the cost of moving hydro lines will be negotiated in the near future.
Funds from the sale will be used to complete future projects throughout the town
