The Minto Chamber of Commerce in partnership with other Local Wellington County Chambers announced a new Shop Local Marketing Initiative recently.
With funding received through a grant intended to create and strengthen local shop local program across the province, the Chambers say they were pleased to work together to announce the new “Live, Love, Shop Local” initiative.
It will be rolled out over the next 5 months and will focus on highlighting local businesses and how they have adapted to pandemic restrictions and also how they have adapted to the new way that consumers shop.
The program will use a multimedia approach through social media, radio, print and video to engage the consumer and encourage them to “Shop Local” this year especially during the holiday season.
