With the coming Santa Claus parade in Milverton next week, the Firefighters Association will be once again collecting donations during the parade to help those in need.
This year firefighters will be in their trucks and have crews walking in the parade on December 8th collecting any toys and non perishable food items to give back.
Scott Smith with the Milverton Firefighters says where they’ll be able to put their donations back to support.
“The non-perishable food items will be going to Loaves and Fishes locally and then traditionally we have been supporting the Salvation Army in Stratford as well.’ said Smith.
The Santa Claus parade kicks off at 7pm running across Main Street in Milverton.
