Metrolinx has requested a meeting with the City of Stratford, keeping the conversation of a passenger rail service alive.
A two year pilot project ended on October 13th with the Go Train service operating between London and Toronto which made stops in Stratford and St Marys.
Stratford Mayor Martin Ritsma says while a firm date with Metrolinx hasn’t been worked out, he does expect it to take place within the next few weeks.
