The Town of Minto, DEI Committee and Chamber of Commerce are partnering up for this years Meet your Neighbours Welcome Event next month.
Taking place September 12th, the event is hosted in conjunction with the Minto Farmers Market at the Palmerston Railway Heritage Museum.
New residents are encouraged to attend from 9am-12pm with different businesses, community groups and staff on site with free welcome bags available.
Marketing and Community Development Coordinator Erin Raftis says they are also encouraging those who have called Minto home for many years to come by and meet with your new neighbours.
