On July 1st at approximately 12:30pm Wellington County OPP responded to a report of a boating incident that occurred on Belwood Lake in Centre Wellington.
Despite lifesaving efforts by bystanders and emergency responders a 46 year old male of Guelph was pronounced deceased.
The OPP continue to assist the Office of the Chief Coroner with the investigation.
