A 27 year old man is facing charges after an assault in West Perth.
On July 19th, Perth County OPP were called about someone who broke into a home and assaulted the homeowner with a baseball bat with the victim sustaining minor injuries.
Police eventually arrested the suspect with the 27 year old man of Mitchell charged with Break and Enter, Assault with a Weapon and two counts of Failure to Comply with a Probation Order.
