A 47 year old of Waterloo has been charged with sexual assault from a case this past spring.
A woman reported to Wellington County OPP of the incident which occurred at a store in Fergus on St David Street at around 5:45pm on April 30th.
Police shared surveillance of the suspect, turning to the public to identify him.
Throughout investigation the suspect was located and charged with one count of Sexual Assault.
The accused will appear in court on August 6th.
