A major HVAC project is set to begin on March 1st at the Listowel Memorial Hospital.
The project is a multiphase process to update the system in town.
The start will impact the north wing of the Complex Continuing Care department.
The north wing is comprised of patient rooms for palliative care spaces, a patient sun room and storage beds.
As officials want to maintain all 15 beds in the wing, they will be required to move three beds into the medicine unit for a period of 4 months.
The changes are not expected to have any impact to the care patients receive.
The move is expected to occur by the end of February.
